☀️ As temperatures rise across the UK, employers are looking at ways to help employees stay comfortable, work safely and remain productive. Although employers have a duty of care to keep employees safe, UK law does not set a maximum workplace temperature. This is when good people management matters. Simple adjustments, such as flexible working, access to cool drinks, additional rest breaks and reasonable workplace adaptations, can make a real difference.
