#TBT to two Thursdays ago where people professionals came together to explore how organisations are navigating the fast-moving world of AI transformation — and what it means for the future of work.   The CIPD in Ireland annual conference 2026 featured insights from Alison Hodgson and Richard Temperley, with discussions led by Matt Cooper. Leaders including Martha Ryan, Stephen Watkins, Shane O'Brien and Ray McGann explored the evolving role of HR at the executive table, while keynote speaker Dr A-Marie I. shared a compelling perspective on the future of work.   Further sessions featuring Kevin Empey, Amy Burke and Morag Lynagh highlighted how organisations can build future-ready strategies, alongside practical insights from Linda Waters. The conversation continued with Meg Dunphy, Alan Murphy, Margaret O'Shea and Noelle Burke sharing their experiences of leading change, followed by Neil Mullarkey bringing a unique and thought-provoking close to the day. Across all sessions, a clear message emerged: HR has a critical role to play in shaping responsible, ethical and effective adoption of AI, while building the capabilities organisations need for the future.   Once again, a sincere thank you to Zurich Ireland and all of our speakers for sharing their expertise... and pencil the date for next year to make sure you won't miss it — we’ll be back on 20 May 2027.   #CIPDIreland #HRConference #FutureOfWork #Leadership #PeopleProfession #RDSDublin #CIPDIrelandAC #ProfessionalDevelopment #CIPD #HR #CIPDConference
