🎉 Ireland’s first HR Apprenticeship is on the way! The CIPD in Ireland and the National College of Ireland (NCI) have announced today the development of Ireland’s first Human Resources Apprenticeship, a three-year Level 8 programme that will combine academic study with practical workplace experience. Approved by the National Apprenticeship Office to move to the development stage, the programme has already secured support from 25 employers across sectors including healthcare, technology, financial services, engineering, retail and public services. 💬 Alison Hodgson, Country Director of the CIPD in Ireland, said: "The approval to develop Ireland’s first HR apprenticeship represents an important moment for the profession.
