Happy to have been part of CISO's United, I really enjoyed the conversation. We talked about things like; what it actually takes to build a security culture that sticks, how to bring a board along without losing them in technical detail, and why ownership ultimately matters more than awareness. For me, security culture comes down to three things: people know what security means, they know where to go when something happens, and they don't get punished for speaking up. Simple in theory.
