These custom drying systems were designed and built by CTS for a customer that needed a better way to detect and remove moisture from large assemblies. Each heated enclosure independently tests multiple parts using CTS's latest moisture measurement and vacuum leak rate-of-rise technology, making it easy to distinguish between parts that contain moisture and parts with actual leaks. Once moisture is detected, the system uses a vacuum-assisted baking process to remove it within the heated enclosure. Moisture can be one of the most challenging variables in leak testing, especially for large-volume assemblies.
