Bonoiti from Timor-Leste 🇹🇱 A group of our boys has arrived in Dili to begin the Timor-Leste Experience, a 10-day service tour built around a partnership with Ahha Education in Ainaro. The opening days combined history and place, from Sparrow Force House and the Resistance Museum to the climb to Cristo Rei, before a four-hour drive into the mountains brought the group to the school where they will spend the week. Welcomed by hosts Oka and Tina, the boys are now living alongside the students they have come to work with, learning traditional dances, sharing a few of their own and beginning to find their way in Tetum. Service tours like this ask our students to step well beyond the familiar and to return with a broader sense of the world and their place in it. #education #churchie #service #anglicanschools
