For entrepreneurs and start-up company founders, resilience isn't something you add after a crisis. It has to be built in from day one. That was one of the sharpest takeaways from Endeavor MatchCAP Asia 2026, held in Singapore across three venues over three days, bringing together Asia's leading entrepreneurs and investors for 350+ curated one-on-one meetings. Chubb was proud to be a sponsor and partner of this year's event, a natural extension of our global partnership with Endeavor, focused on empowering high-impact entrepreneurs and supporting economic growth in emerging markets. Our own Om A. Bhatia, Head of Digital Business for APAC, moderated the opening panel: 'Built to Last: Designing Startups for Uncertainty.' Alongside Nitin Mathur of Privy, Jun Hasegawa of Omise, and Henry Chan of ShopBack, the discussion went deep on what it actually takes to build companies that endure. The room reached a clear consensus: Resilience should be intentionally designed, from the very beginning. That's a principle we understand at Chubb. Helping businesses, and their customers, build resilience — before they need it — is at the core of what we do. What does "building for uncertainty" look like in your business? We'd love to hear how founders and entrepreneurs are thinking about this. #Endeavor #MatchCAPAsia #Entrepreneurship #Resilience #ChubbDigital
