Our ongoing partnerships with local businesses and organisations are continuing to make a meaningful difference to the lives of the people living in our communities - but what do these benefits look like in practice?     To measure the support delivered to our communities, we use the HACT Social Value Outcomes tool. HACT apportions a financial value to a list of positive outcomes that can be achieved through the services we deliver. This helps us to understand the impact that the outcomes achieved have on our tenants and residents.     Here are some of the outcomes that the support from our Employment Support Fund delivered in 2025-26 to our residents.
