I help companies reduce turnover and create cohesive teams | SME, PE/VC & Family Office Advisor | Keynote Speaker

Harvard Business School reunion for +2000 leaders. Although it wasn't my reunion year, it's been 10 years since I started the Program for Leadership Development (23). When I applied... I had a proven track record of creating high-performing teams and a talent pipeline in the US Coast Guard, with over 150 leaders promoted. And a bright vision of what I wanted to do for corporate in the future... But I was stuck in the messy middle. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I didn't know how to translate my past to connect to the future vision, and the executive education at HBS served as a perfect conduit. The program director said that my acceptance would be either a great idea or a terrible one. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Ten years later, building a multiple 7-figure company with a 15-person team... - Assisting 300 leaders with recovering from advanced burnout - With 70% retention of top talent who wanted to quit. - Restored focus and increased productivity resulted in $422M in salary raises and business revenue. 👉🏾 And now teaching leaders how to quickly build trust and communicate in high-stress times, increasing revenue and preventing turnover of top talent. I think we did pretty good. 😁 🥳🥳 HBS's mission is to educate leaders who make a difference in the world, and the leaders I met this weekend are doing exactly that. 💡 My biggest takeaway: Learn how to build something with AI. It's a skill we all should learn now. While there will be significant disruption in the market, it will also open the pathway for entrepreneurs who will use their existing skills to create something to serve more people. ❓️What do you have within you that can serve others is the question to ponder this week... So great connecting Cindy Park, Ruiseart Huang, Tram Lai, Jamex Xu, Swan Chang, Niko Klansek, Ardhendu Shekhar, Gilmar Ferreira da Cruz Catarrinho, William Carter Ana Danciu #pldeverywhere #pld23
