This past weekend I built a virtual executive team, each agent with a defined domain, a distinct reasoning posture, and real accountability scope. They deliberate on business problems, route information to each other, produce artifacts, and converge on recommendations the way an actual leadership team does. This is not a chatbot with a job title. It's a designed multi-agent architecture, and building it required solving for several key architectural considerations including isolation, shared memory, convergence, artifact management, and human escalation.
