Y'all gotta stop creating enemies that don't exist... and stop thinking every post is about you. Every look isn't shade. Every silence isn't disrespect. Every closed door isn't an attack. Every disagreement isn't beef. Some of y'all have created whole enemies in your mind that don't even know they're supposed to be at war with you. You've convinced yourself people are against you when they're just living their lives. A delayed text becomes disrespect. A LINKEDIN post becomes a subliminal. A quote becomes a personal attack. A conversation you weren't part of becomes proof that somebody is talking about you. The truth is, not everybody is thinking about you as much as you think they are. Them people ain't worried about you as much as you think they are. They're trying to pay bills. Raise children. Keep their marriage together. Heal from things they never talk about. Figure out their own next move. Most people are carrying enough of their own weight without carrying you too. Peace comes when you stop assuming the worst about people and stop giving energy to problems that were never real to begin with. Not every post is a shot. Not every quote is a subliminal. Not every message has your name on it. Life gets a whole lot lighter when you stop making everything personal. How much of your stress is coming from what's actually happening...
