✨ Yesterday we had the pleasure of welcoming Klaus-Peter Schulenberg to our Bremen office for an open conversation about our transformation and the questions on everyone’s mind. Together with Karel Dörner, he took the time to engage directly — answering a large set of questions we collected over the past weeks, and also reacting to spontaneous questions live. In total, around 450 colleagues joined on site and remotely. The discussion covered: - the vision for EVENTIM - the current market dynamics - and very concrete reflections on AI — including Klaus’ experience, expectations, and what this means for how we work One moment that really stuck with me was the comparison between Hilton and Airbnb: 108 years → ~1.2M rooms vs. 18 years → ~8M offers. A strong reminder of why speed, learning, and adaptability matter — and why we need to keep raising our own pace. What I appreciated most: the openness of the exchange and the respect shown for colleagues’ concerns. These conversations build clarity, trust, and momentum — especially in times of change.
