Kaylyn nailed it. The conversations at The Table last night were the kind that remind me why I do this work. What really stuck with me is that every leader in the room is wrestling with the same tension. The ambition to adopt AI is there, but the foundation usually isn't. And the honest ones admit it. The "Ferrari engine on a horse and buggy" line hit hard because I hear a version of it on almost every call with my clients. The difference last night was that senior leaders were saying it out loud to each other, not just to their vendors. Change management isn't a buzzword when you're watching teams on different floors of the same company operate in different decades. That's the real gap, and it's where I get to spend my days helping teams close it. To anyone genuinely curious about how to navigate their AI journey, feel free to reach out! Grateful to Kaylyn Knoll for putting this together and Liam Mahoney for being in the trenches with me. Philly always shows up! 🤝 #ClickUp #TheTable #AI #ChangeManagement #Philadelphia
