True team cohesion doesn't fade with time—or distance. Last week, despite the 40°C heat in Paris, we gathered aboard a péniche to celebrate a very special reunion with my Internal Audit "Dream Team" from 10 years ago. This function is a unique launchpad at L’Oréal. Looking at this group today, I see global leaders who are now driving finance, steering strategic transformations, and accelerating our business across all four corners of the world. What made this team so special back then is exactly what makes them successful today: they are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and wonderfully diverse. Sharing this moment of communion reminded me of how much we learned from each other. I always say that human capital is L’Oréal’s greatest asset!
