👏 Many thanks to all colleagues, speakers, and partners who made our #TchiboDigitalDay2025 such a success! The day was structured around 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 that are shaping our digital journey at Tchibo: 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 & 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: from rethinking how we work to building new teams and evolving our digital programs. 𝗪𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 – 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: practical workshops, lessons from past projects, and new approaches to team culture. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 & 𝗔𝗜: from our own AI strategy to hands-on coding with AI and discussions on bias and responsible use. 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘀: deep dives into SAP, cybersecurity, modern web development, and even container journeys from sea to cloud. The diversity of sessions showed: 𝗧𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗼 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸! Not just in technology, but in how we transform, collaborate, and keep learning together. And of course, some surprises along the way: including an AI Photobooth from SAP and the chance to win an Esperto mini machine (congrats again, Alexandra Sebold 🎉).
