Product Specialist @ Safecontech 🚧 My passion is to bridge technology, regulation, and customer needs, transforming them into product strategies that create meaningful and lasting impact.
🧪 Containment doesn't start with equipment. It starts with understanding the process! One of the key messages I wanted to share in the latest GMP Unfiltered podcast is that containment is about much more than airflow, filters, or achieving a specific OEB classification. To me, effective containment is created where engineering, regulatory requirements, and user-centric design come together. Even the most advanced technical solution can only reach its full potential when it is designed around the entire process. True containment requires understanding not only the equipment itself, but also product characteristics, operator workflows, cleaning concepts, maintenance strategies, and the realities of day-to-day operations. Only by considering all of these aspects together can we create solutions that are both safe and sustainable. As our industry continues to evolve towards highly potent compounds, personalized medicine, and smaller production batches, containment is becoming an essential enabler of innovation rather than simply a safety requirement. I truly enjoyed discussing these challenges and opportunities with Dominik Hengge-Ciaramella on the latest episode of GMP Unfiltered. A sincere thank you to the entire Ellab team for providing me with the opportunity to share my passion for containment and operator safety. Special thanks to Luisa Maria Skottke for the excellent organization and support throughout the entire process. I would also like to thank my colleagues at Safecontech AG. Working alongside such a knowledgeable and passionate team continually broadens my perspective and reinforces my belief that the best solutions are created through collaboration, innovation, and a deep understanding of our customers' processes. 🎙️ If you're interested in the future of containment, operator protection, and pharmaceutical manufacturing, I'd be delighted if you gave it a listen: https://lnkd.in/eeSQdUnH
