It's time for my next chapter! Last week, I joined PHOENIX Pharma Switzerland AG as their new Head of Marketing and Communication. A huge thank you to the team for the warm welcome and the inspiring first conversations. There is lots of potential ahead. Taking marketing to the next level, making things happen to drive growth, while balancing efficiency with relevance. I'm truly excited to help shape what's next! After more than nine years with Fossil Group, this transition also closes a meaningful chapter. I'm proud of the achievements and the challenges we turned into opportunities. Grateful for the inspiring leaders I've learned from, the collaboration with talented peers and most importantly my incredible team. The break in between was a gift: a chance to dive into all things AI (I find it hard to sit still for long), recharge, shift from networking to genuine connections and spend time with loved ones. The result? A full battery and a head full of ideas. Exciting times ahead!
