Respect and thanks to every Vildor 💫 You are the reason VILDA - leading women in life science is what it is. I’m happy to share this piece about my journey with VILDA and the progress we have made together💜! Our core idea is to empowering women in life sciences and by fostering diversity we strive to advance a healthier, more inclusive life science industry. Let’s call it the #DiversityImpactCycle 🔄 Women’s health is a prerequisite for women’s leadership, and that leadership drives greater investment, more research in women’s health - in everybody’s healt, and a stronger life science sector. ➡️ Advancing women’s health advances health for all, elevates women’s leadership, and moves society closer to closing the diverse gap. We bring this to life by growing our VILDA network and also with other partners and our sisters in Denmark and Norway, expanding our mentorship program and education, and elevating strong role models for the next generation also by building our Ambassador community. We are also developing a sponsorship program that we will launch very soon, a win win that strengthens diversity and competitiveness in Swedish life science. Deep thanks to our Board, our incredible members, and our management team that we will present very soon.
