We’re delighted to share that Christie’s has once again been named in The Sunday Times Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers in the UK (2026).    This recognition is particularly meaningful because the rankings celebrate organisations that are not only creating apprenticeship opportunities, but delivering real impact - from diversity and inclusion to completion rates and long-term career outcomes.    At Christie’s, our apprenticeship programme has been built with a clear ambition: to open up the art world to a broader, more diverse generation of talent, and to provide a genuine alternative entry route into our industry.   Each year, we welcome apprentices across a wide range of departments — from specialist art teams to operations, HR, marketing and beyond — combining hands-on experience with structured learning and qualifications to help them build meaningful careers.    This achievement reflects the collective effort of many people: -Our apprentices - whose energy, curiosity and talent drive the programme forward -Our colleagues - who invest time in mentoring, coaching and developing future talent -Our recruitment team - who continue to raise the bar year after year Most importantly, it reinforces our belief that talent is everywhere - opportunity is not. Apprenticeships are one of the most powerful tools we have to change that.   Thank you to everyone involved - and congratulations to all the organisations recognised this year.   #Apprenticeships #EarlyCareers #SocialMobility #FutureOfWork #ArtWorld #Christies
