Leading Digital Continuity and Industrial Transformation through Strategic Ecosystem Leadership | Creating Sustainable Business Impact at Scale
Great workshop yesterday with clear perspectives and a shared focus on impact. Together with Siemens, we spent the day working hands‑on on what a Unified Go‑to‑Market for the Digital Enterprise really means in practice — beyond slides and product views. The discussions spanned: an end‑to‑end Digital Enterprise narrative, linking engineering, manufacturing, and operations concrete Life Sciences & Pharma use cases, from Opcenter to closed‑loop recipe management the next level of Digital Twins and Digital Threads, including Digital Composer, simulation, and real industrial adoption, Industrial AI and the Software‑Defined Factory, focusing on scalable architectures, IT/OT convergence, and real business outcomes, the role of Mendix with Rapidminer as an extension and integration layer, enabling disciplined product extensions and co‑sell scenarios and simulation as key enablers for industrialization, validation, and accelerated time‑to‑value. What stood out for me was the shared approach deliver joint solutions, adding new technology and AI to the digital and automated solution space — with world-class methodology and technology, realistic use cases, and tangible next steps. Thanks to everyone who contributed with openness, expertise, and a strong partnership mindset. Looking forward to the follow‑ups, deep dives, and turning this momentum into joint customer impact. Let’s continue to push boundaries together – continuously evolving how we enable our customers to achieve seamless integration and transformation into the Digital Enterprise, powered by AI and end‑to‑end Digital Continuity. I’m very much looking forward to the close collaboration with Siemens and my Capgemini colleagues as we move forward on this ambitious, intensive, and highly successful journey. If you have questions or would like to explore this together with me and my team, let’s connect in person at HANNOVER MESSE (HMI) from April 20–22. #industrialAI #digitaltransformation #siemenspartners #GoToMarket #DigitalEnterprise #DigitalContinuity #IntelligentProductEngineering #IntelligentManufacturingOperations #Ecosystem #CustomerImpact Nico Michels Robert Ammon Ruth Dr. Lütticken Frederik Haverland Dr.-Ing.
