I am a big fan of Christian Schuh and his YouTube channel “Procurement in the Park”. Find it here: https://lnkd.in/ddVXfcu. Since his PhD in 1990 at BMW (which is one of the most profitable car makers since many decades at profit margins of 11%+) and throughout his career at Unilever, Kearney and BCG he is an inspiration when it comes to creating real business value through procurement.
