After multiple failed attempts, I’m excited to share this short clip of mitochondria in the Muller Glia of the zebrafish retina (3dpf). Imaging was done at 1-minute intervals (30 cycles) using airyscan confocal microscopy with 4Y multiplexing. TP1:mito-mKate construct was injected into Tg(TP1:Venus) embryos to produce retinas where Muller Glia (green) and mitochondria (pink) are fluorescently labelled. Zebrafish were raised under standard conditions at 28°C. Phenylthiourea (PTU) was used to prevent pigmentation.
