As the year comes to an end, what has 2025 meant to me at PIKON? What stands out most to me is the way we collaborate as a team. A customer has described PIKON using the image of the German national basketball team this year — a true unit that knows each other’s moves, works seamlessly together, and does not rely on individual stars, but on strong cohesion and shared responsibility. That comparison says a lot about who we are and what differentiates us. And to be honest, this is what makes me proud to work alongside my colleagues: we are not strangers brought together for a project. We are a team that acts with confidence in one another and a deep sense of commitment. 2025 also marked an important transition for our company. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jochen Scheibler once again, who has now entered retirement. His leadership, dedication, and long-term commitment as co-founder and former CEO of PIKON laid the foundation on which we continue to build today. I am looking forward to your support, Jochen, in the supervisory board. We ended the year the right way — together — celebrating you PIKON Germany, the stories and values that connect us. Wishing everyone a peaceful and wonderful holiday season and a successful start into 2026.
