Up to 400% longer service life in spray drying systems means less maintenance, downtime, and costs - especially in food production. Can you imagine that we could achieve that by replacing just one component? 👉 Find out more in our success story: https://lnkd.in/dGkCP9NF  Acidic fruit pulp, abrasive components, and pressures of up to 100 bar place extreme demands on components in spray drying systems.  The result: short service life, frequent replacements and production interruptions. Why do we expect service life of several days under precisely these conditions?    In a project in the European food industry, the running times of individual components were only 14 to 18 hours.  This was not a process problem, but rather a classic material problem. The turning point: The use of DryMASTER carbide components.  The components are significantly harder and more robust in spray drying when exposed to a combination of chemical attack and mechanical stress.  Replacing individual components is also very easy - without having to modify the spray lance. The result:  👉 400% longer operating times  👉 Significantly less downtime  👉 Significantly higher plant availability  👉 Lower costs due to fewer component replacements My conclusion:  If you want to operate spray drying reliably, you shouldn't start by tweaking the process - you should start with the right nozzle.    👉 Find out more now: https://lnkd.in/dGkCP9NF
