Seniority in work is the next hot topic of companies conversations ! As life expectancy rises, the world of work is evolving to stay resilient. Employers now face critical questions around longer careers, evolving skills, workplace adaptation, and breaking age‑related stereotypes. All these topics were highlighted during the recent @Htag by Références seminar on population ageing, where I had the privilege to speak.    As this is one of the most timely conversations shaping the future of work, together with Doris Sessolo, I shared our experience at Schneider Electric and the Senior Talent Program, launched four years ago. Through this initiative, we put experience in the spotlight empowering our seasoned professionals in their career aspirations, supporting their continuous growth, and strengthening intergenerational collaboration.    The message from the seminar is clear: building inclusive, age‑diverse organizations is a strategic advantage that employers must understand and embrace.    I’m inspired by the experts who shared their insights, the seniors’ testimonies on recruitments and I'm energized by the momentum around this topic. Let’s continue shaping workplaces where every generation thrives.    If you want to learn more about Schneider's program you can check out this article:  https://lnkd.in/eayGc-BV      #FutureReady #SeniorTalentProgram #Inclusion  Doris Sessolo Ivan Maineri Bernard Metten
