On this episode of the Hospitality Leaders podcast, I’m joined by Roger Igo, President and CEO at The Bell Tower on 34th Group in Houston. The Bell Tower venue is one of the top wedding venues in the region. They are seeing a robust recovery from the pandemic days, with currently more than 200 upcoming weddings booked. Many of Roger’s team members are students or are working on some life goal while they work at the venue. Roger believes in encouraging them and empowering them with their growth. He knows that when they graduate or achieve their goals, those team members will be leaving. But while they’re there, they feel supported, work hard and refer friends and family to apply for jobs.
