After 4+ incredible years, it’s time to say goodbye to Cotality Australia. What a journey it’s been. From a small but mighty Customer Acquisition team of 5 focused solely on real estate, to a high-performing, highly capable team of 10 now driving growth across multiple verticals and multiple solutions, it’s been a privilege to help shape and lead this evolution. One of the proudest milestones has been the revival of the Mortgage Broker segment. Together, we’ve grown brand awareness, sharpened our value proposition, and significantly increased industry utilisation resulting in remarkable portfolio growth. None of this would’ve been possible without the incredible people I’ve worked alongside: Roxi Becker - You’ve been there from the very beginning of the broker revival. Your deep understanding of the segment, relentless drive and ability to build trust with partners have been absolutely pivotal. You’ve helped turn a vision into a thriving reality and your impact will be felt long after I’ve moved on. Lachlan Morrison – A true powerhouse. Your consistency in sales delivery, your ability to lead from the front and your unwavering energy have been a cornerstone of our success.
