Female-founded CDTM Startups have raised over $257M in total funding. That is a remarkably strong number coming from a single institution: Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) - a joint research institute founded by the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München Especially when you put it into context: According to our data, only around 25% of European VC deals in 2025 go to female-founded or female co-founded startups. Against that backdrop, the results coming out of CDTM (280+ companies in total) stand out.
