There’s always something positive about the first Trust Board meeting of a new financial year, and today’s meeting for 2026/27 is no exception. We’re discussing our 2026/27 Business Plan, alongside important conversations about community investment and how we continue to enhance our culture, based around improvement being the Trust's operating model. However, the best part of the day for me will be hearing directly from a group of inpatients as they present on our Grow Your Own community initiative.
