After spending far too many hours on LinkedIn, I've come to a startling conclusion: Most professionals have become remarkably predictable. Not in a bad way. In a wine tasting kind of way. Rich notes of disruption, innovation and changing the world. Often paired with big ideas and limited sleep. Balanced, dependable and quietly holds everything together while the Cabernet takes the credit. ย ๐ท ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ข๐ ๐ง๐จ๐ง ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ Fast, efficient, highly scalable and occasionally makes everyone else feel slightly underqualified. Pleasant, widely connected and somehow knows everyone in the room. Bold, intense, slightly sleep-deprived and improves dramatically after surviving a few near-death business experiences. Complex notes of compassion, resilience and stubborn optimism despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary. The funny thing is... The strongest personal brands are often the easiest to identify. Not because they talk about everything. But because they consistently stand for something. If your LinkedIn profile was a wine, what would it be?
