🔁 New Episodes of Contact Centre CVs: Coming Soon For those who have been connected with me or followed me for a few years you may remember the CVs I ceated for CCaaS solutions, well I’m kicking off my Contact Center solutions certified for Microsoft Teams review series again, yay I hear you say. I last did a full set of “CV-style” reviews back in 2023 - and there's been a lot has changed since then... As the ecosystem evolves, we’re seeing vendors come, go, and re-position… which makes this space more interesting than ever. This is according to the official websites listing integrations and certified solutions as of June 2026. 📉 Solutions no longer in the programme (since my last review): • Bright Pattern • Competella • Ultatel ⏸️ Previously in certification, but now seem to have dropped away: • Evolve IP • Frontstage • Geomant • Novomind • Sikom • Telia • Vier • Vonage 🔄 Currently going through certification: • Mitel • Let's Go Purple • Unexus 🆕 New (to me) solutions I’ll be reviewing: • CASERIS GmbH • CentrePal • Cirrus Connects • Imagicle • Intermedia Intelligent Communications • IPDYNAMICS • NUSO • Sensiple • Solgari • Zoom Maybe stating the obviousy, but... 💡 The Teams Contact Center landscape is still rapidly maturing 💡 Vendors are continuously evolving their AI, routing, and CX capabilities 💡 And differentiation is becoming more nuanced (and more important) I’ll be sharing bite-sized reviews and insights as I work through these along with my CV style visuals which I love putting together. 👉 If there’s a solution you’re particularly interested in, let me know and I’ll prioritise it Visual includes Luware, who I'm delighted to say we partner with.
