MAS (Maximo) Upgrade at DP World (7.6.1.3 to 9.1.5) It’s been almost two weeks since DP World went live on MAS 9.1.5, the latest version of Maximo, simultaneously across 48 sites globally. Although we have experienced some stability issues, overall on the application side we have almost no issues. This considerable achievement was completed well within our cutover window and was the culmination of 3 year’s planning and building a network of MAS Champions across all our sites. These Champions were critical to our success and deserve a lot of praise for providing that link between the corporate teams and our front line users. Many thanks to all of you! They embodied our principles especially ‘Collaborate to Win.’ And this spirit of team work also laid the foundations of how we worked together with our partners Envision Enterprise Solutions Private Limited and colleagues in Group Technology and I thank everyone of our teams who turned up everyday with that mindset Finally, I would like acknowledge and thank IBM for their great support along this journey. Throughout it demonstrated that IBMers, whether Top Management or the SRE team, live their organisation’s core values and that enabled our success. Looking forward to 2026 and leveraging the capabilities now available to us in the latest version of Maximo and delivering more value from our assets through good Asset Management.
