Some great points here Brett Trafford one way we are approaching this challenge is via community land trusts. CLT's can deliver: - cozy homes that are cheap to run - create new economic wealth which can then be transferred to community projects, employing local workers too. - communities can prioritise who to house in the homes they own (homeless, families, veterans). - are motivated long term asset owners seeking to ensure forever value Our task for now is to prove this model works.
