There’s something special about leaders whose journey is rooted in discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Derek Coleman has carried those values with him his entire life, first as a dedicated student-athlete and later competing on the basketball court at University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point The lessons learned through sport, resilience, accountability, and consistency, didn’t end when the games did. Today, Derek channels that same drive into entrepreneurship as the owner of Envision Partners, where he continues to lead, build, and create opportunity.
