📝 New Policy Brief Digital technologies are changing not only how wars are fought, but also how people far from the battlefield can become involved in them. In #WARS’ first policy brief, CMI’s Eva Johais explains the emerging phenomenon of “digital war participation” – how ordinary people may take part in armed conflicts through digital practices such as online mobilisation, propaganda, open-source intelligence, crowdfunding, hacktivism, and other forms of remote engagement.
