📝 New CMI Brief – From access to meaningful use   Digital inclusion has the potential to support women entrepreneurs’ economic empowerment in Kassala State, Sudan. But new evidence from the SNAC project shows that access alone is not enough.   Based on a mixed-methods study across urban, peri-urban, and rural localities, this new brief from Abdulhameed Elias Suliman finds that while many women own phones, only around 10% use digital tools for business purposes.   The findings highlight the need to move beyond phone ownership and connectivity as measures of digital inclusion, and instead focus on meaningful, safe, and sustained use of digital tools for enterprise activities.   📎 Read the full brief: https://lnkd.in/eFVwZMGx
