On Thursday 20th November I had the incredible opportunity to visit the Politecnico di Milano with Catherine Peach , Orsola Percudani and Andrea Ferioli. I was able to discuss with the amazing students about life at Crown Holdings, Inc., ranging from who we are to the importance of sustainability that runs throughout our business. We also had the opportunity to discuss our upcoming career acceleration programme, FORWARD, and it was so great to explore with the next generation of professionals about the unique chances that this initiative can bring. Most importantly, we were able to learn about the students ambitions and priorities within starting a career. I owe a big thank you to the generosity of Crown Holdings, Inc., for this experience as well as to my colleagues for making me feel so supported. I would also like to share my appreciation to the staff at Politecnico di Milano and to Katiuscia Geminian for their hospitality. Events like these remind us of the importance of connection between Universities and companies!
