Every milestone begins with a lesson. As founders, we spend countless hours planning for growth. But sometimes we forget that growth doesn't begin with a strategy. Because execution without better thinking only makes you move faster in the same direction. Over the past two days, I filled myself with new ideas, fresh perspectives, and conversations that challenged the way I think about building a company. We often celebrate the brands that grow the fastest. But the brands that truly endure are the ones that protect their founder’s mentality as they scale. The idea of building with a relentless mission while staying obsessed with underserved customers perfectly reflects why we are building Ved Sanjeevani We are not here to sell another Ayurvedic product. We are here to create a category where ancient Ayurvedic wisdom is translated into a modern wellness experience built on trust, education, and transparency. To us, category creation is not about introducing another product to the market. It’s about changing how people think. Helping them understand that wellness is not just about treating symptoms but understanding the body, its unique constitution, and its long-term balance. When you change the conversation, you don’t just build a brand. You build a category. I was fortunate to experience these conversations alongside my co-founders, Chirag Warty and Siddhant Doshi. The discussions we carried out in that room are already shaping how we think about the next chapter of Ved Sanjeevani. A heartfelt thank you to DSG Consumer Partners and Bain & Company for creating a space where founders learn from founders, where conviction matters as much as capital, and where the next generation of Indian consumer brands is quietly taking shape. And a special thanks to Rajesh Kaul for holding the fort while we were away. Every milestone we achieve is a reflection of the team’s collective effort. I walked into the room hoping to gain insights. But I walked out with something far more valuable and a renewed belief that companies grow because founders keep learning. And perhaps that’s the biggest competitive advantage any founder can have. #Starupindia #foundersgoal #vedsanjeevani #brandbuilding #entrepreneurship
