I had a very wrong perception of LinkedIn 8 years ago. In fact... I left almost immediately after joining in 2018 😭 Because I thought LinkedIn was just a place to dump your CV and cross your fingers 🤞 Apply. Wait and hope for the best. That's all I thought it was. I didn't know it was a place where you could build something. A place where you could create opportunities instead of waiting for them. A place where you could build your own table instead of fighting for a seat at someone else's. And honestly? That's what amazes me the most. You came here looking for opportunities. But somewhere along the way... You became the opportunity someone else was looking for. The writer. The coach. The designer. The consultant. The founder. The problem-solver. Just name it. LinkedIn showed many of us possibilities we didn't even know existed. And for that... I think it deserves its flowers 🌹 Because sometimes we're so busy chasing numbers... That we forget how much we've grown. So today... Forget Mr. Algo. Leave Uncle Impressions alone for crying out loud 😭 And just appreciate this wonderful platform for giving you the opportunity to become.
