SAS Japan の代表としての任を6/30を持って卒業致しました。3年半にわたりSAS文化であるSASの文化であるSAS Lifeを通じて企業経営をリードさせて頂きましたが、多くの皆様の支えていただきました。支えていただいたお客様、パートナー様、そして社員仲間に、改めて感謝申し上げます。
非上場企業、創業50年の歴史と財産を活かしながら次のステージに変革する経営をリードさせていただきましたが、まさに’トランスフォーメーション’の真意を肌身を持って体感できました。お客様、パートトナー様のご理解もいただき、社員皆の頑張りで、昨年は過去最大の成長を皆で実現することが出来ました。人を中心にしたイノベーション、人資本経営の本質を学ばせて頂きました。
SASはAIの本質をリードできる、AI時代にこそ求められるデータに向き合うリテラシー、ハンドリング能力の本物がある企業です。ここで学べるものは非常に大きな財産です。
インダストリー毎の業界知識とビジネスドメイン能力、データ特化したパートナーエコシステム、データリテラシー踏まえたアカデミア＆人材育成、地域に根ざした産学連携を通じた地域の特性を活かした地域産業支援（Future Ready)、次世代の人材資本づくりなど、多くの道を共に拓けたことが私しの誇りです。
AI時代こそ、データの本質、人が成すべき役割、責務が問われます。本質、本物を素晴らしい企業のSASで学べたことは私の財産です。これからも共に本質を追求していきたいと思います。

On June 30th, I officially graduated from my role as the leader of SAS Japan. For three and a half years, I have been honored to drive corporate management through "SAS Life," the heartbeat of SAS culture.
This journey was only possible because of the incredible people who stood by me. I want to extend my deepest appreciation to our customers, partners, and my amazing team.
Guiding a 50-year-private company into its next chapter while honoring its rich history and legacy was an extraordinary experience. It gave me a firsthand understanding of what true "transformation" means. With the support of our customers and partners, and through the relentless dedication of our employees, we collectively achieved our highest growth ever last year. I truly learned the essence of human-centric innovation and human capital management.
SAS is a company capable of leading the true essence of AI, offering the genuine data literacy and handling skills that the AI era demands. The lessons learned here are an invaluable treasure. I take great pride in the many paths we cleared together: industry-specific knowledge, data-driven partner ecosystems, academia and talent cultivation rooted in data literacy, regional industry support via industry-academia collaboration (Future Ready), and building next-generation human capital.
The AI era challenges us to question the true nature of data and the responsibilities humans must uphold. Having learned these core truths at an exceptional company like SAS is a lifelong asset. I will continue to pursue these essential values moving forward.
