In memory of Maureen Kerridge AM and her trailblazing achievements in television and media, the Kerridge Family Foundation and Chief Executive Women (CEW) proudly partner on a scholarship to support executive women leaders in advertising, media or television π©βπ This year, we are thrilled to announce two scholarship recipients: Cate Hefele and Nikki Rooke. With more than a decade of experience across global sport, media, and strategy, Cate Hefele has built her career at the intersection of storytelling, commercial growth and audience engagement. Now, as the Managing Director, Go to Market at Foxtel Group, she owns the commercial performance of BINGE and leads marketing across Kayo Sports, BINGE and Foxtel. Cate will use the scholarship to attend CEWβs Executive Leaders Program. "The Maureen Kerridge AM Scholarship carries real meaning, both because of Maureen's pioneering legacy and because of the calibre of women CEW selects each year. Being chosen at this point in my career feels like both a vote of confidence and a responsibility, one I intend to honour." Nikki Rooke is National Director of Sales β Streaming and Broadcast at Nine Entertainment. A highly collaborative and future-focused leader, Nikki leads a high-performance team of over 300 people across five major cities and a multi-million dollar portfolio. She will study Leading Change in an Age of Digital Transformation at INSEAD. βThe chance to be part of the CEW Connect Women Alumni was a huge drawcard as it is a cohort of women I know and admire and others I cannot wait to meet and learn from. I am confident they will challenge me to be my best and I hope I can do the same for them.β Congratulations Cate and Nikki! π
