What initially seemed like a series of unrelated career moves — from firefighting and plumbing to marketing and sales — ultimately found their purpose when Frank Campobasso began his career at the Cook County Assessor’s Office. There, he gained a deep understanding of property valuation with the intention of becoming an appraiser. However, as his knowledge expanded, he realized that real estate sales was where his true passion lay. Campobasso’s background in firefighting and plumbing gave him a comprehensive understanding of building construction. “I’m able to evaluate properties with a keen eye, spotting potential issues or opportunities that others might miss,” he explains. His background in marketing and sales has further sharpened his skills in negotiation, communication and building strong client relationships.
