“គោលបំណងជាបឋមរបស់អ្នកដឹកនាំ គឺដើម្បីបង្កើតអ្នកដឹកនំាដ៏ទៃទៀត” “The primary purpose of a leader is to create other leaders”   ខ្ញុំពិតជាមានកិត្តិយសនិងសេចក្តីរីករាយដែលបានផ្តល់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី“មូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះនៃភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំបែបផ្លាស់ប្តូរទម្រង់”ដល់បុគ្គលិកគ្រប់ជាន់ថ្នាក់នៃគណះកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា(គ.ស.ក)ដោយមានការផ្តល់មតិស្វាគមន៍ប្រកាសបើកកម្មវិធីនិងការថ្លែងអំណរគុណប្រកាសបិតកម្មវិធីដោយលោកស្រី ស៊ិន ពុទ្ធារី  នាយិកាប្រតិបត្តិនៃគណះកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា នៅសណ្ឋាគារ ដឺ សេនជូអារី រ៉េស៊ីដិន ក្រុងសៀមរាប កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២១។   សារជាថ្មី ខ្ញុំសូមឆ្លៀតឱកាសនេះ ថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅដល់គណះកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា(គ.ស.ក)ដែលបានផ្តល់កិត្តិយសនិងទំនុកចិត្តក្នុងកិច្ចការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពដល់បុគ្គលិកគ្រប់កំរិតជាន់ថ្នាក់ទាំងបច្ចុប្បន្ននិងកន្លងមក។   I had an honor and pleasure to provide the training on “Foundation of Transformational Leadership” to the staff at all levels of the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC). This training was given welcome speech for opening and thanks for closing the training by Mrs. SIN Putheary, Executive Director of the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) at The Sanctuary Residence, Siem Reap on December 16, 2021. Once again, I would like to take this opportunity to profoundly thank the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) for giving me honor and trust in enhancing the capacity of the staff at all levels currently and previously.
