𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗖𝗦 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘆 — 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀! 💙 With over 1,000 people at the NCS Hub, the place was bursting with laughter, energy, and heart. Seeing the joy on everyone’s faces — especially the little ones — made all the months of planning (and many late nights Xiu Ru Lee!) so worth it. So many came up to share how meaningful the experience was — that for the first time, their families understood the impact of what we do at NCS Group: “I never knew NCS set up our exam system!” “We have our own NCSgpt?” “I didn’t realise NCS built the system that powers elections.” “The MyResponder app has saved 80 lives — I had no idea that came from NCS.” “That Breeze app — I use it all the time!” And of course, the hub became a wonderland for families and kids: 🧸 A play area full of toys 🀄 An automated mahjong table 📸 A polaroid wall to snap family memories 💬 An advice wall with wisdom for young parents and caregivers 🍿 Movies in the auditorium — beanbags, nachos & popcorn included 🌋 A lava floor obstacle course (yes, really!) ❄️ A blizzard box and inflatables to shoot hoops 🕹️ Arcade games and old-school mama diem snacks All in all, it was a beautiful reminder: behind every extraordinary thing we do, there’s a family cheering us on. Grateful to have an amazing team supporting our People Experience team — from building management to our incredible ambassadors from People partners, TA, GRM, Plans, Dojo, EAs, who braved the heat and the crowds to pull it off. 👏👏👏 P.S.
