Well, I wish I had my brainstorming partner of the last 7 years to help me write this — but I guess it would be pretty unconventional to brainstorm your farewell post with your boss. With that said, Fred is anything but conventional and he’s been so much more than a boss. A mentor, a partner, an inspirer, a challenger, a motivator and most of all a friend. The agency philosophy is “Think with your heart” and I don’t think there is a single person who embodies “heart” more than Fred. Frédéric Raillard and Farid Mokart, thank you for taking a chance on me as a brand new creative director almost a decade ago. It’s been an honor to create such fun and inspiring work under the legendary FRED & FARID name. One thing is for sure, I will continue to think with my heart as I start my next chapter ❤️
