What a great path and wisdom worth to share with everyone starting a profession, regardless if being a junior developer, SME, UX/UI designer, sales rep or product/program manager. Understanding the customer’s challenge is key to deliver a solution. “Feedback loops with teeth.” cumulates it perfectly. I never liked the manager term in my previous roles. Well, there are many things to manage, although it is underrepresenting the more important skills of listening, learning, understanding and solution identification. When I joined Microsoft in summer of 2016 and participated at my first Tech Ready in Seattle three weeks after, there was a special session what convinced me to be at the right place and company that time. While my path continued outside of Microsoft, the learnings and the impact you made lasts forever.
