After the race we sat down together. Three friends. Three completely different career paths. One question on the table:   Corporate career or your own business - what's better? Hans-Henrik chose corporate. And excelled. Top leadership position at Bestseller - one of Europe's most iconic fashion companies. Structure. Scale. Impact across thousands of people. He loves every minute of it.   Luke chose entrepreneurial. Built his own business in the nutricosmetics industry from scratch. Freedom. Risk. Reward entirely on his own terms. He loves every minute of it too.   Me? I've lived both.   Started corporate - worked my way to Export Director at Trigano, Europe's largest company in its sector. Then jumped - founded and ran Viking Trailers for 7 years, built a brand from zero in the automotive industry. Most recently Head of Business Development at Guardian Glass across BeNeLux - one of the world's leading glass manufacturers. And now I'm at a new chapter - building what comes next.   Here's what I've learned:   There is no right answer. There's only the right answer for you.   Corporate gives you: → Structure and stability → Resources and scale → A team around you → A clear progression path   Entrepreneurship gives you: → Total freedom → Direct ownership of outcomes → Unlimited upside → Lessons you can't learn anywhere else   The mistake most people make is choosing based on what looks impressive - not what fits who they actually are.   Hans-Henrik is wired for corporate. He thrives in scale and structure. Luke is wired for independence. He thrives when everything depends on him.   Look into your soul before you choose.
