Welcome back to the rink and happy #FunkyFriday! It's our time to drop those worries in the wastebasket outside and jump into the virtual rink where we can: 🎆meet new people 🎆cheer on others 🎆learn something new 🎆have some fun In today's clip, Kaitlyn Rios PT, DPT, CWS is "in da house" with my brilliant Co-Host Dominique Jones, M.S., (Dom)! What's that incredible smell?! Victoria is testing out a new recipe and there is a line to the door to try it out. She's also the branding and marketing wizard behind The Narrative Kitchen which both Peter and I use with our Nonprofits. Speaking of Peter, I am a month away from going to Nicaragua and hanging out with the team at Rayo de Sol Nicaragua to build a Transformation Kitchen™️.
