AI Hotspot conference - thank you for the opportunity to share my perspective and approach Vladimír Rytíř 👏 With a little distance, I got the impression that it would not be out of place to reinforce my position once again. In my opinion, AI is not a solitary area, it is part of the organization's functioning settings. So if the organization is set up correctly, has a healthy functioning and, above all, focuses on fast and safe learning, AI is a multiplier of the basic principles - Slowification - Simplification - Amplification. If it does not have a healthy form, AI is an indicator and multiplier of problems. That is why I really like amplification as a litmus test. At the same time, we work a lot with the health of the organization - continuous delivery, a culture of openness and feedback, support for experimentation and building the necessary capabilities. Then AI fits into this puzzle as another piece. That is why I constantly pay attention to these principles, with the fact that the most important element is the human factor - a person and therefore a great emphasis on the motivation of my people, empathy and feedback. BUT Back to AI, I really like these principles, they fully correspond to how we think and behave at Partners Banka. 1. Slowification — slowing down to speed up 2. Simplification — simplifying the system 3. Amplification — amplifying the right signals 🧭 Summary: AI × 3 principles of a winning organization Principle Purpose AI as an amplifier AI as a risk 🐢 Slowification slow down at critical points to speed up the system simulations, second opinions, risk warnings, decision support skipping slowdowns → debt explosion 🧩 Simplification reduce complexity, improve understanding summarization, noise removal, routine automation, identification of complexities masking complexity, generating new layers of chaos 📈 Amplification amplify valuable signals, learn faster anomaly detection, incident learning, summarization of knowledge, amplification of best practices amplification of bias and noise, false certainty 📌 Order of AI implementation in practice: 1️⃣ Slowification → 2️⃣ Simplification → 3️⃣ Amplification → 🧠 → AI as a multiplier, not a chaos generator. Great book by Gene Kim and Steven J. Spear - definitely read 👍 https://lnkd.in/edd62YGh Also great research on AI by DORA 👍 https://lnkd.in/e6GwsiPF #PartnersBanka #JsmePartners
