🌍Global Employer Branding Leader | Specialist in Talent, Culture & Employer Brand Strategy | Speaker en HR, Employer Brand & People Experience

Over the past few weeks, I’ve attended two very different HR events. And the most valuable takeaway had little to do with stages or speakers. • At HR Evolution - Congreso de referencia para los líderes de RRHH en España & LATAM, I had the chance to step onto the stage. • At #TalentDay26 by Equipos y Talento, I focused on listening, observing, and having conversations. And somewhere between one talk and the next, something happened that I increasingly appreciate: conversations flowed naturally, regardless of whether we’d known each other for years or had just met. What really mattered was what was created in that moment — something that strongly resonates with how we work at #AmRest. People I genuinely enjoyed connecting with, sharing ideas, laughter and reflections (and continuing the conversation 😉): Emilio Masa, ROBERTO DEL RIO, Margarita Preciado, Pablo Moran Lopez, Mariano Zúñiga Roger, Jose Carlos Hernández Blázquez, Carolina Cortijo de Francisco, Dolores (Dolo) Pérez Carretero, Isabel Segura Folch… and of course María Capilla Fernández Cremades, my partner in crime, with whom I always enjoy conversations that bring calm, clarity and perspective. Between stands, coffees and spontaneous chats, powerful ideas and interesting proposals emerged — the kind you know are worth exploring with more time. I’m left with that simple — and incredibly valuable — feeling of listening, asking questions and taking the time to truly talk, without rushing. Sometimes, that’s still one of the most powerful things we can do in #HR.
